I kinda fell off the wagon here. I haven’t regained everything I lost, but I did have a bit of a setback as well as having stopped posting here. But I have a new lease on things as I will be starting a new program on Tuesday, May 10th. I’ll be doing the Eat Right America 28 Day Challenge in tandem with a Whole Foods Market and the Engine 2 diet. I’m also going to see the documentary Forks Over Knives. I’m pretty excited to get started and I’m terrified due to the crazy restrictions they put on all the food you can eat. But it is to better my health. And if I can do this for 28 days I think that’s the path to creating a habit.
And hopefully talking about it here will help me get the support I need to keep going.
