I’m back!
I’m back from a lovely weekend away in Michigan. We stopped and picked up some blueberries at a blueberry farm, we found several produce stands for fresh vegetables & fruits. The place with farm fresh eggs was closed (boo!) but I got some catnip for Schmabel!
I’m back and here is one of the heffalump pits I found while hiking the woods of Michigan!
Update
The yarn I ordered to finish the baby afghan STILL hasn’t arrived. I’m annoyed with the Chicago postal service. I’m eager to get this darned thing finished. Luckily (or not for her anyway) she’s been out of the office. Had to have her gall bladder removed. That gives me a little more time…if the frakkin YARN WOULD ARRIVE!!
Overheard on the bus:
He’s a 30 year old man selling POT. It’s not like he’s selling the good drugs. He’s making like $20 a week, that’s not good money. He isn’t going anywhere with his life.
