We got a lot of snow over New Years, but this weekend they claim it’ll be in the 50s and rainy. The snowman may not make it.

Busy day, this is the last and final “do ahead” thing I can do before tomorrow. Spent today, baking a pumpkin roll, preparing bruchetta, roasting garlic, making cranberry sauce and then I baked this apple pie. Yeah, I know I’m not so good with the pretty edges on the crust, but I assure you the taste is supurb!
