Anyhoo… I’ve got quite the healthy lunch today. Aside from the peanut butter and banana sandwich I’ve got carrots and fennel (aka anise)<\/a> and yeah, the Caffiene Free Diet Coke. I did throw in the Little Debbie Fudge Brownie <\/a>because… a girl can’t live on vegetables alone…

See, I’m doing this eating good for you foods thing cuz the medication<\/a> I’m on makes me incredibly hungry. Like, I can’t get enough food in my mouth at one time kinda hungry. Which is something I’m totally not used to. Yes, I am overweight, always have been but, NO it’s not cuz I eat all the time, it’s because when I do eat it is usally something that isn’t good for me. My eating habits have always been, eat either when I’m hungry or bored. Then only eat something fast and easy. But lately it’s been eat everything you see and eat it all. Package of cookies….eat every one of them. Box of chocolate….eat the whole thing at once and see how many pieces you can fit in your mouth at the same time.

So… to avoid the massive weight gain that I really don’t need I’ve stopped buying crap and started buying bland boring vegetables. They do give me the crunch I crave and raw carrots are rather tasty (so is the anise) I wont complain about it yet. So hopefully the scarfing down of food that is good for me will help me avoid adding the 10 pounds that this medication claims will be added to me as a side effect. Oh and for anyone wondering how I like this medication…aside from that appetite side effect, it’s fine. Very easy to deal with, don’t even have to think about it. I’ve just written the time for the next injection on the calendar so that I don’t forget…cuz that’d be bad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
