Woke up with a killer headache, it seems to have toned down to a dull throb, although I do feel better with my eyes shut, but it&#8217;s hard to work with your eyes closed. <\/p>\n<p>This weekend I will be participating in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cancer.org\/relay?sitearea=GI&#038;level=1\">Relay for Life<\/a> with the American Cancer Society. My friends organized a relay in the area I used to live. I think it will be a success. I&#8217;ve raised more money than I ever thought I would. I&#8217;m very happy about that. And I&#8217;m trying to collect goodies from our office to donate as prizes and as things for the auction. I&#8217;m just hoping the weather gets a little cooler and stays dry for the weekend. <\/p>\n<p>Also, I&#8217;m going to write a letter to my mom for a writing contest I saw an ad for in Personal Journaling magazine.It&#8217;s for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lettersfromtheheartproject.com\">Letters from the Heart Project.<\/a> I think that even if I don&#8217;t win anything for it, It&#8217;ll be good for me to write it.<\/p>\n<p>Well, my thermostat tells me it is over 90 degrees in here so I&#8217;m going to grab the notebook and pen and start on that letter in the airconditioned room <\/p>\n<p>See Ya!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>bah to being back at work.
