I mentioned this to <a href=\"http:\/\/wearecalledfudge.blogspot.com\/\">my friend<\/a> and she promptly warned me that exercise causes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/ncidod\/diseases\/cjd\/bse_cjd.htm\">Mad Cow Disease.<\/a> To which I replied, &#8220;But I thought it caused <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bt.cdc.gov\/agent\/anthrax\/needtoknow.asp\">Anthrax<\/a> or the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/ncidod\/diseases\/hanta\/hps\/index.htm\">Hanta Virus<\/a>.&#8221; I&#8217;ve got the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bt.cdc.gov\/agent\/anthrax\/faq\/vaccination.asp\">Anthrax vaccine<\/a> already. <br \/>Sadly, I fear she may be right. I don&#8217;t ever hear about &#8220;Don-Couch-Potato&#8221; pulling groin muscles or throwing out an elbow. But <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sportsline.com\/nba\/story\/8548376\">all<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/sfgate.com\/cgi-bin\/article.cgi?f=\/chronicle\/archive\/2005\/06\/10\/SPGSQD6GC71.DTL\">these<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mercurynews.com\/mld\/mercurynews\/sports\/11758721.htm\">sports<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kansascity.com\/mld\/kansascity\/sports\/football\/nfl\/kansas_city_chiefs\/11831797.htm\">players<\/a> seem to be falling apart. I&#8217;m not sure I want to join the ranks of blown knee joints, tennis elbow and torn ligaments. I wonder if I&#8217;m just better off sitting on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wickesfurniture.com\/product\/package.asp?ID=17377W4\">my lovely couch.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In other news. I got an email from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.herrschners.com\/yarnsale.aspx?id=2&#038;tab=3\">yarn people<\/a> telling me that may latest order was shipped&#8230;I got the package yesterday, I think their emailer got a little behind.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Don&#8217;t Do It!
