Nothing too wacky happened. Attended Gen Con, played some D&#038;D, my character died&#8230;but got &#8220;rezed&#8221; for free. The GM felt bad that he killed me but I told him not to worry since my character is suicidal anyway. <\/p>\n<p>Fun was had by most, new games were discovered but not purchased.<\/p>\n<p>It seems that EVERY August I end up completely broke. It&#8217;s incredibly annoying that each and every year at this time I suddenly have absolutely no cash. I&#8217;m really tired of it, this has to stop&#8230;and I guess that would begin with me trying to curb my spending, but ya know, it&#8217;s not totally my fault&#8230;I wasn&#8217;t expecting a $300+ vet bill this month. Anyway&#8230; I&#8217;m back and I&#8217;ve got a 21 day free trial of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cityofheroes.com\/\">City of Heroes<\/a>, I can&#8217;t wait to try it out! <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cityofvillains.com\/pre-order\/\">City of Villans<\/a> will be released in October&#8230;which sounds even cooler.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m back!
