If a certain day is NOT on the inserion order that means we DON&#8217;T plan to run an ad that day.<\/p>\n<p>So, imagine my surprise when an ad that was NOT on our insertion order (and never was, even through 4 revisions) ended up on our invoice. I call the rep, tell her that we never ordered that ad&#8230; she leaves me a voicemail last night saying, <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t remember you cancelling this ad&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>THAT&#8217;S BECAUSE I NEVER FRACKING ORDERED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! HOW CAN I CANCEL AN AD THAT I NEVER ORDERED!?!?!?!?   <\/p>\n<p>IDIOT!  I&#8217;m surrounded by frickin idiots&#8230;why do I even bother typing up these things&#8230;.it&#8217;s OBVIOUS now that no one looks at them&#8230;they just enter things in however they want&#8230;my insertion order just gets tossed in the trash.
