I&#8217;m not sure what my deal is. I&#8217;m hoping that the change in what I eat and drink each day will help with that. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aggregatedlife.com\/personal\/\">Zes<\/a> posted publicly that she&#8217;s going to cut back to 1 bottle of Diet Coke per day and I&#8217;ve joined her. One can of pop per day. I&#8217;ve run out of cans of pop at home so no more pop while at home. It&#8217;s working pretty well for me, so far. I&#8217;ve managed to stay between 2 and 3 cans each day.
