Found this wine at Binny’s today. I had to buy it, I don’t care what it tastes like, it set me off in hysterical laughter. Wine makers these days are so funny. Names of wine are just getting crazier.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately as soon as I walked in the door at Binny’s, I forgot all the names of wines I was looking for. So sad, but hey, I got an Italian wine for $2.99 and it is pretty darned good. Then I found they had a 6 pack of my favorite cider, Woodpecker. Nice!<\/p>\n
I joined Netflix last week. I felt we needed to get away from buying the movies we wanted to see, and instead start renting them. The first two movies I got were Children of Men and Hotel Rwanda. Children of Men was disappointing. Not as good as I was hoping for, it dragged. I think I should get the book to find out what was missing.<\/p>\n
Hotel Rwanda was gripping and disturbing. I think everyone needs<\/b> to see this movie, if you haven’t seen it yet, you should. The last movie that left me so upset I couldn’t sleep was Shindler’s List. Hotel Rwanda had me just as disturbed, I didn’t sleep at all last night.<\/p>\n
If you’re on Netflix and want to be my friend, let me know… Cuz ya know, we bought a LOT of movies, and I got a lot of movies free at my old job. I may have something you’re looking to rent, I can loan it to you. Let me know!<\/p>\n
At work today I was all over the place on Netflix rating movies I’ve seen. The girl in the office next door buzzes me on the phone and says, “What are you doing?” and I’m like…uh…What do you mean? Thinking, do I tell her the truth or lie? She wanted to come into my office and talk about a work project. So I kept my mouth shut, hid the Firefox window and waited til we were done to continue rating movies. I’m addicted now to rating movies and adding to my que. Although I don’t like thier rating system. 1 star is “Hated it” 2 is “didn’t like it” 3 is “liked it” 4 is “really liked it” and 5 is “loved it” Based on your ratings they suggest movies for you to watch. <\/p>\n
Well, I feel that 1 star should be “didn’t like it” cuz if I hate it, it shouldn’t get any stars. I think 2 stars should be “eh…it wasn’t so bad” 3 stars is “I’ts OK” then the 4 stars is “I really liked it” and 5 is “loved it”. So that’s kind of how I’ve been doing it.<\/p>\n
