Nothing is more exciting than an instant message converstion with a person who answers in single words only….
Example:
ME: hello there!
HER: Hi
ME: long time no see… how have things been?
HER: OK how about you?
ME: things are good. pausing for lunch at the moment
HER: ah home sick today
ME: bummer…
HER: yeah
Throw in 10 minute pauses between statements…and you’ve got one incredibly exciting conversation. Although the discussion of bladder infections was a colorful addition…still, not something I want to repeat anytime soon.
And as a Public Service Announcement… if you’re going to be sexually active, don’t rely on condoms alone for birth control… although they ARE effective and good for prevention of disease…there are still problems if not used properly and not everyone uses them properly…it’s always good to have a backup…and the pill, shot, patch, IUD, what have you…are all good backup plans… there’s nothing wrong with being paranoid. So talk to your doctor… and always REMEMBER…if you’re on the pill and have to take antibiotics….your pill is rendered useless…so BE CAREFUL!! However… the Depo-Provera shot is still working while you’re on antibiotics.
