Anywhere But Here
So to copy my pal Janine where she was inspired by Tomato Nation I too shall list everything I’d rather do than be here at work because I’d really like to continue my avoidance of actual work for as long as possible.
Instead of being at work I’d rather:
be at Borders so that I can get This Book cuz I think I really need it.
be at home sleeping
be at home making fudge
eat the above fudge
Sit on the couch with the cats
clean the bathrooms (yeah, I’d rather clean the bathrooms than be here…this isn’t straying into the “should” area this is the method of procrastination for me – do EVERYTHING ELSE than what you SHOULD be doing)
play EQ2 or Guild Wars or Star Wars Galaxies
Go to the movie Must Love Dogs (yeah I wanna see it)
Watch Seasons 2 & 3 of West Wing
Watch Battlestar Galactica
(still waiting for the boy to watch the season finale so we can start the new season)
Sort out new playlists on my iPod
Check out that new chocolate store in the Nordstrom mall
Gett manicure/pedicure and eyebrows done for next weekend’s wedding
Buy shoes for next week’s wedding
start on the next knitting/crochet project
sleep
pet the dogs & cats
Look for a new job
go out for sushi
strike it rich in the lottery
go on vacation somewhere really cool (J, no comments about how I could join you on your upcoming excursion…I’m way too broke)
Visit the nearby winery
plant some flowers in the back yard
figure out why my daisies aren’t even getting close to blooming
take a nap
get some bread sticks from Olive Garden
Try to complete one of my 43 Things
