Yawn…
I’m so bored. Bored with the lack of good stuff to watch on television (and we’ve got a LOT of channels…every single one you could ask for) bored with surfing the web… Just plain old bored.
This morning I paused for breakfast and the scene could really have used a digital camera. I sat outside the Dunkin Donuts and ate a muffin. I quite suddenly found myself surrounded by birds…not pigeons mind you but little birds…dunno what kind they were. One bird even was so daring as to land on the table in front of me and stare me in the face. Now, when I eat a muffin I tend to spread crumbs everywhere, so I became these birds’ best friend in the whole world. It was as if I had a dozen hungry Bijous staring me in the face waiting for me to open the can of cat food, or tuna or bag of Doritos. It was the funniest thing I had ever seen, I really wish I could have taken a picture to share.
On another note, the bus ride from the train station to the office takes me past a parking lot full of “Gotham City Police” cars…and “Gotham City SWAT” trucks. I just want to know… are they REALLY filming Batman in Chicago? Has anyone heard anything?
