And it looks like I’m going to continue sitting here for a while. I just had a phone interview with a rather large company. I bombed it. I was not prepared. I can’t schmooze the way they expected to be schmoozed. They’re like, “why did you pick our company?” and I’m like…”Cuz you had a job listing.” No, it’s not because I think you’re company is “FABULOUS” I barely know anything about you. I just sucked, didn’t ask enough questions, didn’t have the answers they were looking for. I’m not getting that job. I’m trapped here in a job that’s a step down from what I used to do but getting more money. I REALLY need to hit the lotto.
