So Bijou has taken to making this crazy noise when she eats. It’s like she’s purring with her mouth open as she chews. Hard to describe in the written word…. It’s rather unsettling. She’s never made this noise before when eating, and I’m not sure why she’s doing it now. But it’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard.

This doesn’t bode well for the day… I get on the bus, which is completely empty. It’s damp on the bus, the windows are fogged on the inside and it smells like wet socks. I pick a seat….after about 5 seconds my ass begins to feel wet… I get up feel the seat…it’s soaked and now my pants are wet too. The next seat and the next are all wet too! I pause wishing I bought the newspaper so that I could sit on it. Instead, I pull off my scarf and arrange it on a not-so-wet seat so that I’m not standing the rest of the way…gotta wash the scarf anyway, it smells funky too.
